Wrong float conversion

thanks a lot for contributing this component, but i'm currently facing the problem that the conversion of longitute & latitude (interpolated or rooftop) to float is not correct. It seems that the conversion to float drops the comma.

For example this location
Nonntaler Hauptstraße 32, 5020 Salzburg, Austria
returns latitude: 4,77934598303151E+16 and longitude: 1,30496048951964E+15 with the ssis batch geocoder component, but the correct latitude, longitude would be: 47.793459830315086 13.04960489519639.
So as you can see, the degrees are not comma seperated from the minutes (...) and because of the different length, we cant create the comma in the ssis task afterwards.
Maybe the reason is our non us regional setting (in austria we use , as comma instead of .)?

thanks a lot and
best regards

Thank you for finding that! I have uploaded a new version that parses the values returned from Bing using InvariantCulture. I wasn't able to do very much testing, so please let me know if it fixes the problem for you.
